Meet Zina
Zina B. Gleason, Esq. created Redefining Divorce to assist couples through the marital dissolution process after working in litigious family law firms. Mediation often eliminates much of the cost, stress and fear associated with divorce. Ms. Gleason facilitates the dissolution process for the couple with the intention of preserving a quality of life for both parties and their children in the future. Both parties arrive at their own agreements, on their own terms, in their own time. Ms. Gleason is a seasoned mediator who has over 20 years experience working with severe drug and alcohol addiction, troubled youth and family crises in Southern California.
